Bayside Community Care is proud to partner with Prison Fellowship through its international program, Angel Tree program, to support families with a loved one in prison.
On Christmas Day, thousands of children across Australia open a present from their mum or dad who cannot be there — because they are in prison. Without Angel Tree, many of these children would miss out on a gift from their absent parent.
Angel Tree makes it possible for each child to receive a bespoke gift chosen by their parent. The parent provides the suggestion, and we become their hands and feet to make it happen.
Bayside Community Care is collecting Christmas gifts for children for 2025. Expressions of interest are due by Monday, 13 October.
A gift-packing day will also take place on Wednesday, 3 December from 9.30am-1pm.
