Bayside Church is currently seeking a skilled Audio Visual Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, overseeing all audio-visual aspects of our live services and events at Bayside Church.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your audio visual expertise while enjoying creative freedom in a dynamic and supportive environment. Additional hours may be available through our growing external event hire opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

·       A relevant tertiary or professional qualification in Audio Visual or a related discipline is preferred, but not mandatory.

Experience

·       Minimum two years’ experience as an AV technician (or similar), ideally in a church or live events setting

·       Strong live audio mixing skills

·       Working knowledge of lighting, vision systems, and livestreaming

·       A team player with a kind, approachable nature and leadership ability

·       Ability to conduct basic repairs (preferred, but not essential)

·       The demonstrated ability to recruit and train volunteers

·       Provide insight around equipment needs and creative input into broadcasts
