We exist to serve the young adults of Bayside Church through equipping and empowering by providing avenues to serve, contribute and connect so that they (Bayside’s Young Adults) can live lives of active faith transformed into Jesus’ likeness through Word and Spirit.

These statements reflect the heart of Bayside Young Adults. We believe that young people are world changers and culture shapers, so, we aim to intentionally and strategically disciple, equip, empower, and guide young people into their God-given identity & purpose.

All of the key updates are on instagram (@baysideya). In 2026, our focus is KINGDOM COME based on the Lord’s Prayer. We will unpack this prayer, and the entirety of the Sermon on the Mount, through small groups, worship nights, a retreat, and other events.

Bayside Youth is a weekly program for teenagers/high school students connected to Bayside Church and the local area.

Bayside Youth is where all teenagers can find courageous love, belonging, and be empowered to become like Jesus.

We are a Christian community of young people who work together for justice, mercy and faith.

We gather on Friday nights during school term for events and connect groups, and are an active part of the Bayside Church family.

FAQ

During every school team, Bayside Youth generally runs from 7pm to 9pm on Friday Nights. In 2025, there are monthly Saturday Night Youth nights. For term one, these dates are 15 February, 8 March, and 5 April – there is no Friday Night Youth on these weeks.

Bayside Adults brings different age and life stages together – singles, couples, families, empty nesters and seniors. We believe in the concept of older teaching younger, doing life together and celebrating our oneness in Christ.

Groups meet weekly, fortnightly or monthly for Bible discussion, prayer, social interaction and encouragement.

Bayside Kids is passionate about the next generation, and courageously loves and empowers kids to become like Jesus.

Bayside Kids is all about having fun while growing in relationship with God and each other through a variety of programs to suit the needs of all children.

Safety is a top priority and all Bayside Kids Leaders have undergone recruit and screening procedures and have completed safe ministry training.
