Emergency Food Program

Since COVID-19 pandemic hit, we have seen an increase need in our community for emergency food parcels.

We are here to help!

Bayside Community Care has established an Emergency Food Program in the City of Kingston.

The food parcels are available to people who are in crisis and in immediate need. Currently food parcels are available at the Cheltenham Campus on Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-2.30pm.

To be eligible please present a Healthcare or Pension card and you need to be living in the City of Kingston and some Bayside City Council areas.

If you require delivery of the hampers this can be arranged also. Please call the office number.

Community and church members can support the program by donating non-perishable food items such as tea, coffee, sugar, long life milk, pasta, rice, tinned vegetables and fruits and deliver them to Cheltenham. Yellow bins are available on Wednesday and Thursday.
